in this knowledge mine alone (configured in this forked manner) 

with some contributions 

from everything 

that converged 

in the moment 

of my revelation, 

effectively all the tines); 

mine alone 

for the rest of Saturday 

night and Sunday 

till I shared 

my new understanding 

in class on Monday. 

Soundtrack of the first 

Limited Fork Theory piece,

a poam made in October 2004 after

a revelation happened earlier that day

at the Quality 16 Cinema on Jackson Road:

the birth of Limited Fork Theory as Limited Fork Poetics.

 I was so transformed 

by this tool that 

I jettisoned immediately 

in the movie theater on Saturday 

all that I had believed about everything 

when I arrived at the theater.  

The foundation of my reconfiguration 

was so structurally sound 

that I knew how to think 

and make diferently immediately, 

producing the 30-minute 

moving text piece (below) that night, 

text composed 

in the movie editing applicaion, 

the text of which did not exist 

on static hosts (paper) 

until about a year later, 

adapted from the moving text poam 

for a more visually fixed 

experience.  

The print form, prepared 

from the time-based form, 

was published in Gargoyle.
